Landscaping gardens: We make plans and drafts as well all year, if you buy the plants from us. We only need pictures of your area with the measures, location (sunny, shady), type of soil and the price you want to spend on plants - sent to our e-mail address.
Payment method:
in person- cash on delivery
legal person- bank transfer- in case of wanting a pro forma invoice, payment should be made within 2 days counting from the day of the issue of the pro forma invoice.
Delivery deadline: within 2 days after the order. Every costumer will be informed about the time of delivery. Exact data and mobile number should be given to us so the package would be delivered to the right person and address. Shipping costs should be paid by the customer.
Claims: Claims should be made within 24 hours after the customer takes over the package. If the plant gets damaged (main branch) while shipping the customer should take a picture of it and send to our e- mail address info@parkplants.rs . You will be informed in a few days time about the next steps.
