It is a popular and widespread Japanese maple kind. It grows into 3-4m tall and 2m wide little tree while developing an umbrella- like crown. The leaves are purple from spring until fall. Japanese maple likes a sunny location, but intense sunlight can damage the leaves. It likes a well previous, slightly moist, sour soil. One of the most beautiful solitaires with its typical habitus. Japanese maple is mostly planted in Japanese gardens, but we can decorate other gardens with it as well.
