Carex comans Frosted Curls

Height: 0,2–0,3 m

A low-growing ornamental grass, about 20-40 cm tall, with hemispherical, spreading foliage. Its leaves are narrow and slightly bluish green. Light brown panicle-like flower heads appear in early summer, in June. It needs plenty of light, but also grows satisfactorily in partial shade. Well-structured soil is ideal for it. Its water needs are moderate. It can be planted as an edging plant, in perennial flower beds, and is certainly recommended for a sunny garden.
