When using the Park Plants website, you are responsible for keeping the account and password you received at registration confidential, and for all activities that take place on your account and with your password. Park Plants reserves the right to refuse service, close an account or cancel an order if it finds that the terms of use have been violated. Park Plants will use the data you provided at registration for the sale of products and for establishing business contact, and will not use it for any other purpose or pass it on to third parties.
Comments, communication and other content from visitors
Visitors may send messages and comments to Park Plants, which has the right not to publish comments that are malicious, contain offensive statements, spread hatred or in any way infringe the rights of others. Such comments will be removed without prior notice. Impersonation and registration with another person’s e-mail address are not permitted. Park Plants may initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such activities.
Product descriptions
Park Plants strives to describe all products as accurately as possible, but does not guarantee that all product information is 100% accurate, complete, reliable and error-free. Our products are living plants: the photographs are for illustration, and the appearance of a plant (height, crown shape, colour of leaves and flowers) may vary depending on the season and natural differences between specimens. If a product you have purchased differs significantly from the information on the website, you may return it undamaged and we will refund your money.
Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD) and are final. Park Plants undertakes to honour the price at which you placed your order, regardless of whether the price of the product changed after the order was placed. Park Plants has the right to cancel an order, notifying the customer by e-mail, if an obvious error was made when entering the price on the website (e.g. a price of 100 dinars was shown instead of 10,000).
Delivery
We deliver ordered plants within the Republic of Serbia. The delivery cost is indicative and may vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel. We will contact you by phone about any change before shipping – the parcel is only sent with your approval, and you can cancel the order free of charge. Products marked on the website as available for purchase and pickup only at our nursery due to their size and weight cannot be ordered for delivery. Opening hours
The Park Plants web shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of technical problems or during regular maintenance, the website may be unavailable for a short period.
Changes (updates) to website content
Park Plants reserves the right to change the information shown on any page of the website at any time without prior notice. Visitors to the website have no right to change the terms of use unilaterally; any such change is invalid unless both parties agree to it in writing.
Other provisions
The partial or complete inapplicability or illegality of any provision of these terms of use does not affect the validity of the other provisions, which remain in full force. An inapplicable or illegal provision will be replaced by another appropriate provision. You agree that you may not transfer the rights and obligations arising from these terms of use to third parties without the express written consent of Park Plants.
