Garden planning: We make garden plans and sketches all year round if you buy the plants from us. We need photos of the area with its dimensions, the location (sunny, shady), the soil type and the amount you would like to spend on plants – please send these to our e-mail address.
Payment: private customers – cash on delivery; companies – bank transfer; if you request a pro forma invoice, payment is due within 2 days of its issue.
Delivery time: within 2 days of ordering. Every customer is notified on the day the package is shipped. Please provide accurate details and a phone number so the package reaches you. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Complaints: we accept complaints within 24 hours of receiving the package. If a plant was damaged during shipping, please take a photo and send it to [email protected], and we will contact you about the next steps.
