The products are delivered by BEX courier service, and payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.
Legal entities can also pay by invoice.
If you would like the package to be sent by another courier service, please indicate this in the comments section when placing the order, or call us by phone.
The shipping cost is 500 dinars per parcel. The delivery cost is indicative and may vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel. We will contact you by phone about any change before shipping – the parcel is only sent with your approval, and you can cancel the order free of charge. For purchases over 15000 dinars, shipping is free within a 30 km radius, orders above this or larger are delivered by arrangement.
The order is shipped the next business day after receipt of the order, from Monday to Thursday, we do not on Friday. The deadline for delivery of the package is 1-2 days from the date of shipment. If we are unable to ship the package within this time, we will call you to arrange a delivery date.
