Eucalyptus pulverulenta Baby Blue

Height: 0,4–0,7 m

Blue-leaved eucalyptus can exceed 4 m in its natural environment, but in our climate it grows 1-2 m. It has a distinctive, compact habit that captivates with its intensely aromatic, silvery-blue foliage. Its rounded leaves are grayish-blue. During summer it produces whitish flower clusters with long stamens. It can overwinter in a sheltered spot. It likes a sunny location and well-structured, nutrient-rich, neutral to slightly acidic soil. Its water needs are moderate. It is excellent as cut greenery in flower arrangements, but can also be grown in the garden or in pots.
