Euonymus microphyllus Green

The round small-leaved euonymus is a small evergreen shrub that grows to about 0.4-0.5m in height and 0.5m in width. Its leaves are small, green and lance-shaped with rounded tips, a glossy surface and a toothed edge. The flowers appear in early summer but are inconspicuous and insignificant. They are white and small. Small-leaved euonymus has moderate light requirements but also grows well in sunny spots. It likes well-structured soil rich in nutrients. Its water needs are moderate, but it appreciates regular watering. Thanks to its compact size, it is easy to place in gardens with limited space, and it can also be used as a border plant or in pots.
