Fraxinus excelsior Jaspidea

Golden ash is a decorative, deciduous ornamental tree that grows quickly. Its height can reach up to 10-12 meters. The leaves are golden yellow when they emerge, turn light green later in summer, and become golden yellow again in autumn. Besides the lovely leaf color, the yellow branches with black buds are also ornamental. This contrast looks very interesting. Especially in winter, it decorates the garden with its golden-yellow twigs and black buds. It likes sunny spots and well-structured soil. Its water needs are moderate. It tolerates the urban climate well. It can be planted as a specimen, but combined with trees with darker foliage it provides a special contrast in the garden.
