Prunus laurocerasus Novita 0,2–0,3 m

Cherry laurel Novita is one of the most popular evergreen shrubs today, and can reach a height of 2-3m. A fast-growing plant with a dense branching system and a broad conical shape. Its foliage consists of large, leathery, glossy dark green leaves. Its flowers are small and white, and from April to May they adorn the plant in upright, candle-like clusters. Its fruit is a black berry, a favorite food among birds. It can be planted in sun or partial shade. It likes well-structured soil rich in nutrients. Water needs are moderate. It tolerates pruning well, so it can be planted as a hedge, a specimen, or in combination with other perennials.
