Thuja Plicata

Height: 0,8–1 m

Thuja plicata is a broad, conical evergreen that grows to a height of 20-30 m. Its twigs are glossy and dark green. It prefers a sunny to partly shaded spot and well-structured soil. Its water needs are moderate. On damp ground, its branches that bend down to the earth take root and form a small forest in a ring around the parent plant. It is planted as a specimen plant.
