Buddleja davidii Lochnich

Height: 0,6–0,8 m

Butterfly bush Lochinch is a deciduous ornamental shrub with upright stems, silver-green foliage, growing to 3 m in height and 2-3 m in width. Its large, blue-purple, fragrant flowers bloom at the ends of the shoots from July to October. It likes a sunny spot and well-structured soil. Its water need is moderate. Pruning is recommended if we want to shape it into a nicely formed plant. It attracts butterflies and insects. It can be planted as a standalone plant or in combination with other plants, in both rural and Mediterranean gardens.
