Kolkwitzia amabilis Pink Cloud

Height: 0,4–0,6 m

A deciduous shrub with a dense, upward-pointing system of shoots that can reach a height of 2-3m. Its pink, fragrant, bell-shaped flowers bloom from May and attract bees and other pollinating insects. Its foliage consists of oval, dark green leaves that turn red in autumn. It grows best in a sunny or partly shaded spot and well-structured soil. Its light, grayish-brown bark, which peels in winter, catches the eye. It can be planted as a specimen plant, or in combination with other perennials.
