Rosmarinus officinalis Pyramidalis

Height: 0,2–0,3 m

Columnar rosemary is an exceptionally hardy perennial medicinal and culinary herb of Mediterranean origin with a columnar habit, growing to a height of 1-1.5 meters. Its leaves are narrow and aromatic, dark green on top and silvery underneath. It grows best in a sunny position and sandy soil rich in humus. Its water needs are moderate. It blooms from March to May, and its small, light blue flowers attract bees and other pollinators and make a lovely sight in the garden. It is also an excellent ornamental plant, and with its spectacular appearance it can be a jewel of the garden.
