Ilex meserveae Heckenblau

Height: 0,3–0,5 m

The Heckenblau cultivar stands out from other hollies with its distinctive dark bluish-green, glossy leaves. It can grow to about 2-3 meters in height and 2-3 meters in width. It has moderate light requirements, so planting in partial shade is recommended. Well-structured, slightly acidic, nutrient-rich soil is ideal for it. Its water needs are high. It can be planted as a specimen plant, as a hedge or combined with other plants.
